According to the AP news agency, a US official said that the ban is included flights from Egypt in Cairo, Jordan in Amman, Kuwait in Kuwait, Morocco in Casablanca, Qatar in Doha, Saudi Arabia in Riyadh and Jeddah, Turkiye in Istanbul, United Arab Emirates in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The official said that it is not known how long the authorized bans will be applied. Another US official said the ban would affect 9 airline companies and that the companies would be informed on Tuesday.

Jordanian Royal Airlines, announced that mobile phones and medical devices are not included in the ban framework but that everything else should be given in the baggage. Airline bans will affect flights to New York, Chicago, Detroit and Montreal.
