Attacks in Hakkari: A civilian and a soldier lost their lives
An attack carried out by PKK with mortar, rocket, and DShK on the Tekeli Battalion in Şemdinli district of Turkiye’s Hakkari from the Iraqi border killed a soldier and a civilian and wounded 2 other soldiers.
A soldier and a civilian lost their lives and 2 other soldiers wounded as a result of the attack carried out by PKK from Iraqi border with mortar, rocket, and DShK on the 2867 high altitude hill affiliated to Tekeli Battalion of Şemdinli.
“A worker and an officer martyred, 2 military personnel were injured,” said in the statement made by Hakkari governor's office and added that, “A wide-scale operation had been launched in the region.”
