MHP Chairman Devlet Bahceli announced the termination of the alliance they made with AK Party in a statement at the group meeting on Tuesday.

"No alliance can survive by ignoring one side, ignoring the thesis and its proposals. No alliance will survive by the imposition of any other alliance," he said.

"There is no need to extend the chronic process," he added. "There is no need to stall, to play with hopes. We will draw our own way. We will join the election in every region of Turkiye by our own candidates."
