Drug Operation in Turkiye, detention orders against 241 people

A large-scale operation was launched against the criminal organization engaged in drug trafficking in Ankara.

In the operation against organized crime trafficking in Ankara, a decision was taken to detain 241 people involved in drug trafficking.

An operation was carried out against the Organized Crime Organization of Kadir Inan, whose leader is in prison, with the participation of 3,500 personnel in Ankara.

Within the scope of the investigation carried out by Ankara police, the operation was carried out against street vendors engaged in drug trafficking and organized crime organization, which manages most of the drug dealers, and which commits the crimes of looting, threatening, prostitution and harming.

In the operation, which carried out by 500 teams, including 3,500 security personnel, so far 237 houses, 7 workplaces, a warehouse have been searched while the operation is ongoing.
