In the evaluation of agenda published by HUDA PAR Headquarters, explanations were made on the functioning of the judiciary, visas crisis with the US, Kirkuk, Idlib and increased tax rate.

“It is impossible to talk about the superiority of law in a country where almost everyone is complaining about the functioning of the judiciary,” said in the evaluation of agenda and stressed that the law of superiority continues with lawfulness experiences.

Warnings were made about those living in Kirkuk; necessary lesson haven’t been drawn from the painful events took place in Iraq, Yemen and Syria, it is emphasized that the hot clashes that will take place will open the door of new disasters for the region and that there will be imperialist powers that the US and the invading Zionist terrorist gangs will take advantage of it.

Regarding the issues that should be resolved by dialogue rather than arms, it is underlined that Turkiye should not disrupt the chances of mediating between the parties and that they should undertake a historical role and contribute to a political solution said in the evaluation of agenda.

Regarding to the visa crisis with the US, “This decision of the United States, is an indication that they holistic patronage of FETO, apart from they have hosted to that person, the head of FETO,” said in the evaluation and emphasized that Turkiye should get rid of the idea that the United States is friendly and ally.

Emphasizing that the hunger limit is higher than minimum wage which proved by several institutions of hunger and poverty, “Government institutions also confirmed personally that the minimum wage is below the hunger limit which reveals this reality: The state also gathering taxes from hunger.”

“According to our understanding, the state has to meet the compulsory needs of all citizens who cannot meet their compulsory needs such as nutrition, dressing, housing, health, education, etc. The minimum wage they receive in unfavorable conditions and working for a very long time is not enough to meet the obligatory food expenditures of citizens who are trying to meet the needs, and the tax should be waived.”

THE LAW FUNCTIONING ACCORDİNG TO MAN AND LAW OF SUPERIOR

The objection and retrial demands of ordinary citizens who are in prison for 20-25 years unlawfully –which most of the judges and prosecutors who signed for the arrest of those ordinary citizens are arrested linked to FETO or dismissed from duty- have not been accepted summarizes the deplorable condition of the judiciary.

On the other hand, the treatment made to a citizen who goes to a Diyarbakır D Type Closed Prison to see one of his relative and cannot use 94 percent of his body shows that human rights are not valued. Although he seems to be paralyzed, Orhan Çalak was searched and his leg squeezed between the doors when he was passing through the door because he was asked to pass alone from the doors and was not allowed to receive support from anyone else. This treatment to the paralyzed citizen is a very open persecution. We will be followers of what happens to those who persecute and what changes should be made about the legislation that causes it. This persecuted practice should be abandoned as soon as possible and it should be ensured that the judiciary is transformed into an intermediary providing justice by eliminating all kinds of grievances.

MOVEMENT IN THE KIRKUK

New developments are taking place in the region after the referendum in Iraqi Kurdistan on September 25th. Mobility around Kirkuk, where the status is controversial; show that necessary lesson haven’t been drawn from the demolition, blood, tears and civil wars took place in Iraq, Yemen and Syria.

We find Turkiye’s role as valuable on the direction and the steps taken to ensure de-conflict zone in Idlib.
