Malaysia hands over 4 Egyptian men to junta regime

Malaysian authorities have confirmed the extradition of four Egyptian citizens to coupist Sisi junta regime, who have been living in the Malaysian territory for four years.

Saifuddin Abdullah, spokesman for the Malaysian Foreign Ministry said that those who were extradited from the country were arrested under the security crimes and handed over to junta regime without giving further details.

A statement by the Malaysian Immigration Service said that the residences of extradited Egyptian citizens had been canceled under the article  9 of the immigration law, which authorizes the director of the department to revoke the residence of those who believe his/her presence harm the country for any reason.

It was learned that one of the four Egyptians handed over to the Egyptian junta regime by Malaysia was a member of the Ikhwan al Muslimeen.

The Egyptian junta chases thousands of opponents worldwide who have fled the crackdown after the coup d'état of July 3, 2013.

The Egyptians who fled the coup and persecution on July 3, 2013, were brought to the country by the junta regime and subject to severe torture that have been sharply criticized by human rights organization.

Muhammad AbdElhafeez, allegedly member of Muslim Brotherhood, who was handed over to the Egyptian junta by Turkiye last month, had lost consciousness of as a result of the torture that he was hanged head-down for hours.
