President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in the Russian city of Sochi, the first stop of his official visits to Russia, Kuwait, and Qatar.

“Our relations have been practically fully restored. This is evidenced by the growth of bilateral trade. In the first 9 months of this year, it increased by 36 percent. There is every reason to believe that we will be able to compensate for last year's decline,” President Putin said.
