Police beat a Muslim woman for wearing the niqab

In France, a Muslim woman reacting to the forcible opening of her veil was beaten by the police.

The police in Toulouse in the suburb of Mirail wanted to see the face of a veiled Muslim woman, beaten her violently.

The incident was reported to have happened on Sunday (April 15) when a police officer asked for a veiled Muslim woman to show her face. During the identity check, a woman, who was identified as a woman, denied to show her face upon insist of the police, and that the police officers beat her violently.

The French Police have arbitrary treatments

The arbitrary treatment of the police caused the young people at the scene to react. After the intervention of the youngsters with the stone, the police took the Muslim woman to the police station.

The events grew after the video footage of beaten a Muslim woman was published in social media. On day 3, dozens of vehicles were set on fire in the ongoing demonstrations in the suburbs of Toulouse. The Governor of Toulouse announced that 18 people were taken into custody. As the car arsons and events grew larger, Governor Mailhos was at the call of calmness.

A Muslim youth was murdered in prison
