Denmark decided to file a lawsuit against a 42-year-old man who shared the video of his back garden on his Facebook account on December 27, 2015 that shows he burns the Holy Quran.

The accused prepared for the indictment, will be tried on charges of "Insult Religion".

Prosecutor Jan Reckendorff, who is in the city of Viborg, who decides to file a lawsuit against the defendant, said that the "Insult Religion", which include public or religious insults in the events of burned the Qur'an, may have been violated.

Reckendorff stated that the case must be filed against the defendant in order for the courts to be able to make a decision on the matter, has informed them that they will ask for the fines of the defendant.

It is not yet known when the first case that will be held at the Aalborg Court. (ILKHA)
