The Syrian tribes who came together in a mansion in the Succu town of Azez, district of Aleppo, Syria, organized a meeting for joint action and for gaining an institutional structure in the country.

Speaking at a meeting with large participation, the tribal leaders expressed their hope that Syria would be liberated as soon as possible.

The statement made by Turkish President signaling a military operation against the eastern Euphrates and US President Donald Trump's statement that the U.S. will pull its military forces from Syria have mobilized tribes in Syria.

Representatives of the Turkish, Kurdish and Arab tribes in Syria, Astana delegation, FSA [Free Syrian Army] representatives met at the Azez Assembly Hall on Friday.

Wide security measures were taken before the meeting. FSA members and local police officers, as well as Turkish police, took strict measures in armored vehicles.

Speaking in the meeting, representatives of Syrian tribes said they do not want PYD and DEASH with any international countries, especially the US, in their country. Representatives gave the message that they wanted to live in peace in their own country.

The representatives also gave a message that they will support a possible Turkish military operation against the eastern Euphrates, indicated that they are in trouble with the presence of the U.S. and PKK/PYD/YPG in the country.

The meeting, which was held under the name of "Syrian tribes Assembly Congress", and aimed to gain an institutional structure and joint action, was participated by more than 150 tribes' representatives, including Kurdish, Turkish, and Arab. It was stressed in the meeting that 65 percent of Syria's population consists of tribes.

The establishment of the "Supreme Council of Syria tribes" aims to form political and military power to end the activities of PKK/PYD/YPG and DEASH in Syria, especially in the east of Euphrates, and to ensure that the lands are managed by the real owners.

At the meeting, a 400-member delegation of tribal representatives will decide on the measures to be taken to end the negative situation in Syria, especially in the east of Euphrates.

At the meeting where it was hoped that Syria would be liberated immediately, it was pointed out that people living in the areas where freed from PKK/PYD/YPG and DEASH are now in peace after the operations carried out by the Turkish Armed Forces.
