"All sides will participate in the National Dialogue Conference and the management system will be changed," said Algeria President Abdul-Aziz Bouteflika in a statement.

Bouteflika, who noted that the new constitution will be approved by the referendum vote, will change the management system and try to find a solution in political and economic terms.

Bouteflika, 82, faced with mass demonstrations since February 22. Demonstrators have demanded the withdrawal of the Bouteflika. Bouteflika, who pulls out the 5th term precedency bid, has also postponed the elections scheduled on April 18.
