Altun: Our state stands by our cerished nation with all its institutions and facilities
Turkey's Director of Communications, Fahrettin Altun, shared a post on his Twitter account regarding the earthquake that hit eastern Turkey.
"I extend my wishes to all our citizens affected by the earthquake in Malatya. Our state is with our cherished nation with all its institutions and facilities," Altun said.
The 5.7 magnitude earthquake hit the Pütürge district of Turkey’s eastern Malatya province on Tuesday.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or damages to buildings.
