Coronavirus worldwide: The number of confirmed cases rises to 12,394,651

557,510 people have so far died from coronavirus around the world.

The coronavirus outbreak, which was first identified in Wuhan, China and declared a pandemic by World Health Organization on March 11, is continuing to claim the lives of thousands of people across the world.

However, the countries began to ease measures against the coronavirus pandemic, which has been severely affecting the world economy.

The United States, the current epicenter of the pandemic, has the highest number of confirmed cases of coronavirus with 3,219,999 cases, followed by Brazil with 1,759,103 cases, India with 795,605 cases, Russia with 707,301 cases, Peru with 316,448 cases, Chile with 306,216, Spain with 300,136 cases, the United Kingdom with 287,621 cases, Mexico with 282,283 cases, Iran with 250,458 cases, Italy with 243,599 cases, Pakistan with 242,363 cases and South Africa with 238,339 cases.

A total of 7,225,127 people suffering from coronavirus have so far recovered and been discharged from hospital worldwide.
