Noting that there are also marriages in non-Islamic communities, Memiş said that Muslims should mention the name of Allah while marrying.

In this direction, Memiş stated that they find the design to give the muftis the right to solemnize marriage, saying, “It is necessary to remind the rules that Allah puts at the point of marriage and to merge those couples. It is necessary for the civil servant, teacher, seyda who will perform solemnize to remind the right of man and right of the woman. Memiş emphasized that this is something that has been demanded for many years and said: “Of course, anyone can also marry in the municipality. The main thing is to protect the rights of the woman in the marriage. The Muslims follow the rules and rules in accordance with the beliefs of the Muslims, but if the belief is weak, we do not have the power of sanction because we cannot claim the rights of the spouse with the marriage we have named with our religious marriage. Memiş reminded that Allah created every living being as a pair to continue their generation, and said, “Every kind of genus is in need of opposite sex. This happens with the marriage. Marriage is an inherent sense, Allah has created this in the inherent of the human. It is the Sunnah of the first man and the first prophet, also the Sunnah of the last Prophet. Because Allah has created people on this earth for testing, has ordered the marriage for the satisfaction of their lustful feelings to prevent them from sins. Also, prophets suggested this and they got married too.”
