The bus was carrying about 60 people who were returning from Sharm el-Sheikh from Cairo, Egyptian officials said.
More than 30 ambulances were dispatched to the scene to transfer the injured to Suez General Hospital and nearby hospitals, according to the Suez Ambulance Authority.
Some of the injured are in critical condition while others are experiencing concussions, cuts, and fractures.
An investigation has been launched into the accident.
