In the first gunfight that broke out Thursday evening at Chawalgam area of Kulgam district, about 70 km south of Srinagar city, a Kashmiri Muslim was killed by Indian occupation police, according to local reports.
On the other hand, two fighters affiliated with the Ghazwat-ul-Hind movement were martyred last night in a gunfight with Indian occupation forces in Bemina area of Srinagar.
Kashmiri Muslims have launched a guerilla war against Indian occupation forces in the region since 1989.
