5 PKK members killed in northern Iraq, Turkey’s Defense Ministry says

5 PKK members have been killed in an airstrike on the Gara region of northern Iraq, Turkish Defense Ministry announced in a statement on Saturday.

“5 PKK members, who were identified as a result of cooperation between National Intelligence Organization and Turkish Armed Forces in the Gara region of northern Iraq, were neutralized in an airstrike," the statement said.
