A 4.1 magnitude earthquake hits off southwestern Turkey

The 4.1 magnitude quake has struck off the Marmaris district of Turkey’s southwestern Muğla province on Saturday, Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency announced on its website.

The earthquake occurred at around 20:00 TSI, with its epicenter at a latitude of 35.8495 degrees north and a longitude of 27.9943 degrees east, and at a depth of 19.75 km in the Mediterranean Sea.
