The Turkish Armed Forces conducted air strikes in the territories of Metina and Gara in the borders of Iraqi Kurdistan, killing 17 PKK elements.
The Turkish General Staff gave information about the air operations carried out by Turkish Armed Forces since yesterday on Metina and Gara regions of Iraqi Kurdistan.
In the air strike, it was first reported that 7 PKK were killed.
According to information obtained from exploration, surveillance means and intelligence sources, more 10 PKK elements were also killed in the attacks.
Thus, the number of PKK killed in the region where the air operation was carried out reached 17.
It was revealed that some shelters used by the organization have been destroyed in the operation.
