Attackers in Tehran are Iranians

While the number of those who lost their lives during the attacks in Tehran increased to 17, it was revealed that the attackers were Iranians.

It was stated that the attackers attacked on Iranian Parliament and the Imam Khomeini tomb in the capital Tehran yesterday morning, are Iranians.

Rıza Seyfullahi, Vice-Chairman of the Supreme Council of the National Security Council of Iran, explained that the armed attackers on the Iranian Parliament and Imam Khomeini's tomb yesterday are Iranians.

Indicating that the attackers were members of the Daesh from different parts of Iran, Seyfullahi stated that Iran was targeted because of the support it gives to the fight Daesh.

Seyfullahi has shared the knowledge that 58 assaults so far have been prevented by the Iranian security forces.

On the other hand, in the statement made by the Iranian Intelligence Ministry, it was stated that 5 of the assailants were from Iran after they joined the Daesh, they moved to Mosul and Raqqa.

Attackers names

The names of the attackers were Ramin, Feridun, Seryas, Ebucihad and Kerim.

The number of those who lost their lives rose to 17

Yesterday morning, the Iranian Parliament and the Imam Khomeini tomb attacked by Daesh with armed and suicide bomber. While the number of deaths increased to 17, the number of injured was recorded 46.
