Bombed vehicle attack in Tuz Khurmatu: 30 dead and 75 injured

A bomb-laden vehicle exploded in Iraqi Kurdistan Region in Tuz Khurmatu, located in Saladin the province in the marketplace. According to the initial determinations, 30 people lost their lives, 75 people were injured.

The bombed attack carried out by an explosive-laden vehicle in a marketplace in the al-Askari neighborhood in Tuz Khurmatu said County Assemblymember Ali Huseyni.

It is stated that the attack is not yet undertaken.

Following the independence referendum in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, Tuz Khurmatu, located in Saladin province, came under the control of Iraqi forces on October 16 when they drove out the Kurdish Peshmerga.
