Building collapses in Iran: 30 die

A fire broke out in a building in Tehran, the capital of Iran, and 30 people lost their lives after collapsing the building, and 38 people were injured.

TEHERAN-A fire broke out in one of the old buildings in Tehran and the building collapsed. According to initial reports, 30 people lost their lives and 38 people were injured.

According to local sources, the 17-storey building collapsed due to fire in the Plasku Business Center near the Turkish Embassy in Tehran in the morning hours.

Search and rescue teams are at work on site. According to initial findings, 30 people lost their lives and 38 people were injured.

On the other hand, the Turkish Embassy was evacuated in case the building collapsed.
