As advocates of human rights, we did research on the victims. We have made an allegation for Bashar Assad. Since Assad is not in this country, the procedure cannot be carried out, but this process can be done because the Syrian pilot is in Turkiye. At the very least, there will be an application for the conduct of the investigations and the arrest of the pilot. There are data that we have 4 thousand victims in our bill”.
