In the statement by Istanbul General Directorate of Security, the driver was identified after the footage of not letting the passage of an ambulance on D-100 highway in Istanbul has been released.
"With the dangerous maneuvers on the Istanbul d-100 highway, the driver named M.E.Y., who prevented the passage of an ambulance in traffic and endanger traffic safety, was caught by our civilian traffic teams," the statement read.
