Erdoğan chairs meeting on coronavirus in Ankara

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan chaired a meeting held at the Presidential Complex to discuss the measures to be taken against the coronavirus (Covid-19).

The meeting, chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, focused on the latest developments and measures to be taken on the outbreak.

The first coronavirus case was confirmed in Turkey on Wednesday.

The patient, who is a Turkish national travelled from Europe, was tested with high fever and a cough and is in stable condition, according to the country's Health Minister.
