FSA groups unite under one army

The Free Syria Army groups in Syria were united under the name of the National Army [Caysh Al-Watan].

Free Syrian Army groups in the regions where the Euphrates Shield and Operation Olive Branch took place and FSA elements in Idlib announced from Şanlıurfa that they had merged under the name of the National Army.

The new army is said to be operating under the Ministry of Defense of the Syrian Interim Government.

It was also announced that the National Army, formed by the commanders of the Free Syrian Army, would support Turkey's possible operation to the east of the Euphrates.

Interim Government Prime Minister Abdurrahman Mustafa was also among those attending the meeting.
