Four people were killed and 12 injured in an armed attack in Strasbourg, France on Tuesday.
The attack took place in Kleber while the gunman reportedly fired around randomly.
Police reported that 4 people were killed and 12 injured in the attack.
The gunman reportedly was known by the police and was a robbery suspect. An operation is underway to arrest the suspect.
