Mirac, 12, rescued alive from rubble in Elazığ, lost his life

Miraç, 12-year-old boy, who was rescued from the rubble after the earthquake in Elazığ, died in the hospital, the local sources said.

After vigorous efforts of rescue and research teams, father Meriç, mother Pınar and their 12-year-old son Miraç Dişli had been rescued alive from the rubble on Saturday morning.

On the other hand, the death toll from the 6.8 magnitude earthquake that occurred in eastern Turkey on Friday has risen to 22, the country's Interior Minister said.
