New captives join hunger strike occupation regime dungeons

Another 20 prisoners held in occupation regime dungeons have started a hunger strike in support of the prisoners on hunger strike.

In support of prisoners on hunger strike to protest the administrative prison sentence, 20 more Palestinian prisoners held in occupation regime dungeons participated in the act of hunger strike.

The vast majority of the prisoners who started the hunger strike were in the en-Nakab Sahara prison.

The decision to start a hunger strike was taken after talks with other prisoners on hunger strike were inconclusive, a statement from the Palestinian Prisoners' Club said.

The result of the collective hunger strike is due to the response of the relevant institutions in the occupation regime to the issue of prisoners on hunger strike and to an end to administrative prison sentences, the statement said.

Nine of the prisoners held in the occupied regime dungeons are on hunger strike in protest of their administrative imprisonment while one of the prisoners is on hunger strike for the lack of treatment facilities.
