AFAD [Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency] calls for help, noting the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.

Drawing attention to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen, the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency called for help, noting that no mother in the world should have to sleep her hungry child.

Calling for help for Yemen, AFAD said the following statements in its official Twitter account:

No mother in the world should have to sleep her hungry child…

Yemen experiencing one of the most serious humanitarian crises of recent years, where;

12.3 million children in need of help,

4.7 million children in need of education support,

360,000 children in danger of starvation...

At the end of the post, AFAD asked donates through mobile messaging service that an SMS will be counted as 10 Turkish Liras if YEMEN message was sent to 1866.
