No one should hold secret talks with the IMF, warns AK Party Deputy Chairman Kurtulmuş

"Turkey has closed the IMF book and thrown it aside. No one should attempt to engage in secret negotiations with the IMF delegations," said AK Party Deputy Chairman Numan Kurtulmuş.

Speaking at a meeting in Ankara with members of the press, AK Party Deputy Chairman Numan Kurtulmuş criticized the meeting of the CHP and the IYI Party with the IMF delegation.

"The IMF is not just an organization that advises on economic matters, it is one of the major political institutions of global financial capitalism," Kurtulmuş noted.

"Whether someone wants it or not, Turkey will never need the IMF door again," Kurtulmuş underlined while underscored that Turkey has closed the IMF book and warned that no one should attempt to hold secret talks with the IMF delegations. (ILKHA)
