Our bilateral relations with Russia make us more confident about the future

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Sochi.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with President Vladimir Putin of Russia at the Presidential Residence in Sochi.

Speaking to reporters prior to the meeting, President Erdoğan said: “Our bilateral relations in the region, as well as our solidarity with regard to the problems of the region, make us more confident about the future.”

Also attending the meeting were Chief of General Staff Gen. Hulusi Akar, Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Deputy Secretary-General and Spokesperson of the Presidency Ambassador İbrahim Kalın.
