Ousted by decree of law, doctors can work in private hospitals

Doctors who were removed from office by the decree of law will be able to work in private hospitals according to the article No:5 approved by the Turkish General Assembly on Wednesday.

The article No:5, which was related to the doctors removed from office by the decree of law, was changed and approved in the General Assembly of Turkiye.

Accordingly, doctors, who were ousted by the decree of law, will be able to work in private hospitals.

According to the amendment, as a result of membership in terrorist organizations, affiliations, or contact with them, doctors who are removed from public office and are not taken to public service as a consequence of security investigations, will be able to perform their professions at the end of 450 days from the date of the decision.
