Passenger carrying truck overturns: 78 dead 60 injured

In Central African Republic, some 78 people lost their lives and 60 people injured in a truck accident that carrying passenger.

Despite carrying passengers by trucks being banned in the Central African Republic, 78 people lost their lives and 60 others were wounded in the accident that resulted in the overthrow of the truck carrying the passenger.

Accident took place near Bambari city Ippy area. According to the information, despite carrying passengers by trucks banned, the truck carrying the passenger overturned after the driver lost steering control.

It was noted that at least 78 people lost their lives and 60 injured in the truck accident.

While the wounded were removed to hospitals after the first intervention, officials said the investigation into the accident was initiated.
