President Erdoğan: This referendum vote is not an ordinary vote

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan voted in the Saffet Çebi Secondary School in Üsküdar in the referendum on the amendment on 18 articles of the Constitution. President Erdoğan stressed that today's referendum vote is not an ordinary vote.

President Erdoğan, made an explanation to the members of the press after voted, stressed that today's referendum vote is not an ordinary vote.

President Erdoğan, who stated that there are many votes for the parliamentary system in the history of the Republic and that some people's referendum were made in the meantime, he made the following explanations:

"But this referendum vote is now a preference for transformation and alteration of the new management system in the Republic of Turkiye. I believe that this change is in the preference of transformation that our people will quickly decide to open up the path of a much faster development and of a bounce."

President Erdoğan stated that they have to make an unusual choice in order to catch up to the level of civilizations and added, "After 2002, we have individually tripled, but not enough. We need to grow much faster, we must walk much faster." (Hamza Adiyaman - ILKHA)
