Russian Army fires warning shots at British Royal Navy destroyer in Black Sea

Russian military used bombs and gunfire in warning shots against the British Royal Navy destroyer HMS Defender in the Black Sea, the Defense Ministry in Moscow said Wednesday.

The shooting comes after the British vessel entered Russia’s territorial waters off Crimea and refused to heed radio warnings, the Russian defense Ministry said.
