Russian plane with as many as 17 people on board goes missing in Siberia

A Russian An-28 passenger plane has gone missing on a flight in the Siberian region of Tomsk, according to the local media outlets.

It was not immediately clear how many people were on board the plane but estimates range from 13-17 passengers.
