Akar also stated that an industrial zone could be selected for the installation of Russian S-400 missiles.
Also speaking about F-35 fighter jets, Turkish Defense Minister said the fifth generation warplanes will be located in Malatya base.
"During the last interview, June was pronounced by Russia. Let's not say for sure, but June was pronounced," said Minister Hulusi Akar about the delivery of Russian S-400 missiles to Turkiye.
Akar also said that technology transfer can begin with the second system. "Although it is unclear, these are the things that we have in our agreement."
