Deputy Prime Minister and Government Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş made a statement after the meeting of the Council of Ministers.
As a journalist, Kurtulmuş responded to the question of whether Iraqi Kurdistan's flag was raised in the airport during arrival of Iraqi Kurdistan President Masoud Barzani:
