Stunning Ishak Pasha Palace surrounds by white snow

Ishak Pasha Palace, located in the province of Doğubayazıt of Ağrı, is almost magnifies visitors with white cover in winter season.

Ishak Pasha Palace, which is one of the most prominent and most impressive architectural examples of 18th century Ottoman architecture at Tulip Era, which looks like an eagle house, welcomes visitors every season with different beauties.

The palace, built on the hillside of a mountain, to the east of the Doğubayazıt district, admires its look with colored flowers in the spring and the view under the snow in the winter.

"Ishak Pasha Palace is one of the important structures in Turkiye, especially the falling snow in winter and the fog that forms makes the Palace very stunning." said Mahmut Ertuğrul, who came to the palace of Ishak Pasha Palace which is a frequent place for local and foreign tourists, said that the palace is beautiful in every season.

"I am a photographer, I visit the palace a lot in the summer, and I usually prefer the palace for many award-winning photography contests. Today, there was a fog on Doğubayazıt and we got beautiful pictures with our friends, Ishak Pasha Palace is a historic value for us both in summer and in winter." said photographer Omer Faruk Atalay and added that he preferred to shoot at Ishak Pasha Palace for his award-winning competitions.

Ishak Pasha Palace or İshak Pasha Complex is a gentleman's castle located 5 km away from Doğubayazıt near Ağrı Mountain. There are tombs, mosque, ramparts, inner and outer courts, sofas and wards in the palace with 116 rooms.

Ishak Pasha Palace, which is a Kurdish writer, literary and scientific scholar Ahmad Khani (Ahmedê Xanî) is clerked there, is regarded as one of the most distinguished and famous works of Ottoman architecture after Topkapi Palace. The palace is a very complex and this structure is the last great monument of the Ottoman Empire in Tulip Era. This work, which has been in under the construct for about 100 years, is regarded as a valuable work in terms of art history as much as it is of the Ottoman Empire.

The most important feature of the Ishak Pasha Palace, which inspired from Ottoman, Seljuk and Persian architectural styles, is that it is the palace furnished with the world's first central heating system. Considering the opportunities of the day, it seems that the palace was built with great labor and craftsmanship.
