Syrian tribes meet in Syria's Azez

Tribes in Syria arranged a meeting in Azez after Turkiye's possible military operations against the eastern Euphrates and the announcement of the U.S. to withdraw its troops from Syria.

A possible military operation of Turkiye against the eastern Euphrates and the statement of U.S. president Trump to withdraw U.S. military from the north of Syria, has mobilized tribes in the war-torn country.

Representatives of Turkish, Kurdish and Arab tribes in Syria, Astana delegation, FSA representatives came together in Azez Assembly Hall on Friday.

Wide security measures were taken before the meeting.

The meeting reportedly will end with a final declaration.
