The Armenian Church in Tel Abyad opened for worship

The Armenian Church in Tel Abyad was opened for worship after it was repaired, Turkish Defense Ministry said in a statement on Twitter on Friday.

The statement said: "The Armenian Church in Tel Abyad, which was damaged by PKK/ YPG members, was opened for worship after it was repaired."

"We have not been able to perform mass here for a long time, and thanks to Turkey, we have come here again freely and have done our worship,” said Um Elijah of the Armenian community.
