The man who attacked a headscarved woman in Turkiye was evicted

The man who punched a headscarved woman walking on the sidewalk in Istanbul's Atasehir was evicted.

The man named Hakan Dündar who punched a headscarved woman mercilessly in Ataşehir Ferhatpaşa Neighborhood was evicted.

Detainee Dündar and his lawyer have attended to the first hearing seen in Anadolu 57th Criminal Court.

While the attacked woman Aycan Çelik did not attend the hearing, Çalik was represented by KADEM Law Commission member Şengül Karslı.

The Judge who gave the decision on the trial sentenced Dündar for "intentionally wounding" for 5 months 16 days but decided to postpone the pronouncement of the judgment.

The court, together with the sentence, decided to release the defendant Dündar.
