The 13th trial of murder suspects of Yasin Börü, Hüseyin Dakak, Riyad Güneş and Hasan Gökgöz who were slaughtered by PKK / HDP supporters with monstrous feelings on October 6-7 2014 in Diyarbakir, was seen in Ankara 2nd Heavy Penal Court which 41 suspected murder are on.
Relatives of the victims who are present in the ILKHA evaluations of the case's response indicate that the persons whose acquittal is wanted are not innocent by reacting to the prepared opinion.
Öztekin Dakak, the father of Hüseyin Dakak of October 6-7 martyrs, reacted to the request of the acquittal of Yıldız Doğanay, who guided the crowded group by saying ‘kill them' during they attacked, characterized the people as the theater.
Indicating that the case has diluted Dakak said, "It is a theater playing here, the most expensive theater in the world is playing here. Our goal is to find the right and justice. If they are not guilty, they should release the defendants but not release the guilty ones. Think of a mother who tell her son ‘go and kill’, a human cannot do that. What kind of mother is this? The court wants the acquittal of this mother. Everybody knows that this woman is in those events and other events. Unfortunately it seems they released her. What kind of justice is this? If not theatre then what is this?”
Mehmet Gökgöz, father of Hasan Gökgöz, stated that he found no sense for the acquittal demand of that 14 murder suspects, also demanded for prompters to be tried.
Gökgöz, repeating he want justice, continued: "We expect only justice to be manifested. We want these released to be arrested. We also want prompters to be attached to the file and arrested. Because if these supporters did not support the defendants, they couldn’t do such this. Those who are released did the same with those arrested ones. I say again, we just want justice."
In the 13th session of the trial where the dictum has been read, the tribunal decided on Wednesday, 22 March to see the decision to be taken. (ILKHA)
