Turkey expresses condolences to Lebanon over deaths of fuel tanker explosion

Turkish Foreign Ministry has issued a press release regarding the fuel tanker explosion in Lebanon.

“We are deeply saddened by the reports that, according to initial estimates, 22 people lost their lives and many others were injured as a result of the explosion of a fuel tanker in the Akkar region of northern Lebanon today,” the Ministry said.

“Conveying our condolences to the friendly and brotherly Lebanese people, we wish God's mercy on those who lost their lives and a speedy recovery to those injured in this tragic incident,” the Ministry added.
