Turkey’s Presidential Cabinet to convene under President Erdoğan’s chairmanship

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will chair the meeting of the Presidential Cabinet, which will be held via video conference due to coronavirus pandemic, on Monday.

At the meeting, the coronavirus related issues such as the introduction of a 3-day curfew starting from 1 May, the loosening of the curfew for citizens over the age of 65, the extension of the break given to schools will be discussed.

In the event of a curfew decision at the meeting, a curfew will be imposed in 30 metropolitan cities and Zonguldak on 1-2-3 May.
