US wants a more submissive Turkey: HUDA PAR

HUDA PAR stated that the US is opposed to Turkey's defense policies such as S-400 on the grounds that it is threatening the security of NATO countries and noted that in reality, the United States wants a more submissive Turkey.

In the weekly external agenda evaluation, HUDA PAR headquarters released a written statement on issues such as the US's threat to Turkey over Turkiye purchased S-400 Russian defense missiles, the attacks on Idlib where declared as reducing tension region, sabotage of oil vessels in the UAE, and the increasing anti-Islamic and headscarf ban in Austria.

US threats to Turkey over S-400

Pointing to the threatening language of the US against Turkey about Turkey's purchasing S-400, HUDA PAR said the US impose Turkey to make it chose over Putin or NATO in the case of the purchase of S-400 while called on Turkey to withdraw from F-35 fighter jet program.

A draft resolution was submitted to the US Foreign Relations Committee on Turkey's S-400 purchase. The bill says that the S-400s that Turkey plans to take are undermining the security of the US and NATO partners and that Turkey cooperates with Iran and Russia.

In addition, in case of the purchase of the S-400, the draft called on Turkey for the removal from its F-35 program while imposed on the choice of either Putin or NATO.

"Despite hostility and bigotry, it is wrong that Turkey has close relations with the USA and the EU"

"Despite hostility and bigotry, it is wrong that Turkey has close relations with the US and EU," HUDA PAR said.

Although the S-400 voltage is considered in technical terms, it is important for the US to put forward the hegemony it has set up on the world countries in many fields, including defense.

The United States opposes Turkey's defense policies on the grounds that it threatens the security of NATO countries.

"In fact, the US wants a more submissive Turkey. Otherwise, Turkey's S–400 acquisition has nothing to do with threatening the security of NATO countries."

If the United States had really considered NATO countries, it would not have supported groups in Syria by sending the weapons, which threatens Turkey's border with Syria while Turkey is a member of NATO.

Turkey is also a member of NATO. Not only this, but the other components of NATO, which are based on common security as well as the United States have accepted Turkey's internal and external security threats as allies and have provided equipment and financial support.

"However, despite such open hostility and bigotry, we find it wrong that Turkey is still in close relations with the USA and the EU," the statement read.

Examining the year 2017, it is seen that Turkey first tried to eliminate the need for air defense within NATO but did not meet its financial expectations.

"For this reason, Turkey should analyze the role of the so-called ally Country USA and NATO in the 15 July coup attempt and Syrian policies and put forward a new policy," HUDA PAR said.

While some NATO member countries are using the Russian missile defense systems; s-200, S-300, Turkey is faced with heavy threats, especially shows that a political process is being undertaken.

"US influence on the country should be terminated"

Despite the guarantee of the joint working group that S-400 will not be integrated into NATO systems, the issue is assessed through security and heavy sanctions are brought on the agenda.

Like any other independent state, Turkey should have an independent defense policy in line with its own concept. For this reason, Turkey should analyze the role of the so-called Allied Country USA and NATO in the 15 July coup attempt and Syrian policies and put forward new policy.

"Defence, economic and political policies should be redesigned in terms of country and regional interest and the US influence on the country should be terminated," HUDA PAR called.

Idlib attacks

Idlib, where declared as reducing tension region, is under heavy attacks by the regime and its allies.

Idlib and its environs were declared a zone of tension reduction at Astana meeting in May 2017. However, since then, the attacks of the Syrian regime and Russia are continuing towards the region.

Civilian structures such as schools and hospitals are consciously targeted during the air strikes. At least 142 civilians died in April due to the attacks.

The migration began due to attacks in the region where 3 million civilians, including about 1 million children, were displaced and thousands of people were forced to flee to the camps.

Humanitarian aid agencies cannot deliver aid to the camps because they suspended their aid due to air strikes. The United Nations has announced the end of food supplies in camps. The civilian population who could escape the attacks is fighting hunger in the camps.

The Syrian people were faced with a new civil slaughter and a wave of immigration with these Idlib operations. It is seen that Russia and the United States, which reached a common point in line with their interests in Syria, are continuing the Syrian Civil War controlled through the regime and opponents.

"It is never acceptable for Muslims to be left alone with death and hunger during the blessed month of Ramadan. The ceasefire declaration in Syria and the protection of civil lives should be the priority of the Islamic world," HUDA PAR said.

Sabotage on oil ships

Oil tankers of Saudi Arabia, UAE and Norway-flagged were attacked at the United Arab Emirates' eastern coast near the port of Al-Fuceyra on May 12.

On May 14, Saudi Arabia's energy minister announced a drone attack on two pumping stations on a pipeline carrying oil from reserves in the west coast to the port of the country's eastern region.

Saudi Arabia and the UAE are known to have a plan to isolate Iran in the region and to liquidate it with military intervention. In this context, the United States has held joint security summits with the zionist occupation regime, and Iran has been launched as the biggest threat.

In Iran, weakened by the economic embargo, social turmoil, marginal strategies and then a military intervention that will result in regime change with the support of the Gulf States is one of the main targets.

A possible conflict will not benefit anyone expressed in the assessment of HUDA PAR while the Iran-Iraq War and the situation in Syria given such as concrete examples.

Headscarf ban in Austria

In Austria, the right-wing government passed a parliamentary law prohibiting the headscarf in primary schools.

Explaining that the ban was intended to be implemented in order to serve children's so-called development and adaptation process is a cover for anti-Islamism, but it sets the ground for disintegration.

"This law, which thought to be for religious symbols, clearly demonstrates that the purpose of covering only Muslims is not integration but anti-Muslim. Because the Christian cross, the Kipa wearing of Jews were excluded from the law.
