President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus [TRNC] Mustafa Akinci met with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres at the UN headquarters.
After the meeting, President Akıncı made the remarks to reporters.
He noted that they had a wide-ranging and important meeting with Guterres, Akıncı said he received a message from the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres that he would take initiative on the trilateral or quintuple talks to be held in October and November.
