A father and an infant killed in mortar attack in Mogadishu
Mortar explosions have occurred near Aden Adde International Airport (MGQ) in Mogadishu the morning of March 25, the local reports said.
A father and an infant have been killed when after a barrage of mortars landed at their house near the Mogadishu international airport.
At least one mortar round impacting the airport and up to four others landing separately in a neighborhood in the adjacent Wadajir District and within the Halane compound.
Somali leaders are meeting in the same compound to end months-long political impasse surrounding the polls.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
