Mazin Fukaha, commander of Qassam Brigade lost his life in the assassination carried out in front of his house in Gaza's Tel El Hawa region.

Gaza Interior Ministry spokesman Iyad al Bezem said that four bullets hit the head Fukaha.

An investigation into the assassination has begun.

Who is Mazin Fukaha?

Fukaha, from the Tubas city in the West Bank, was the commander of the Qassam Brigade, Hamas's armed wing. Fukaha was released on condition of compensation agreement between Hamas and Israel, and should be sent to Gaza.
